By using the site or creating an account in the app you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the service.

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement. By using the service you confirm that this is the case.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping it up to date.
• Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
• Do not create more than one account to mislead others or bypass limits.
• Tell us immediately if you notice any unauthorised use of your account.

Zwaj is a matchmaking platform with marriage as its purpose. We do not guarantee that you will find a partner, and we do not verify every claim members make about themselves.

The final decision about a partner, and about verifying what you are told, is yours alone. Be careful, never share financial or sensitive information, and do not move to an in-person meeting before you feel confident.

• Do not impersonate anyone or provide false information.
• Do not use the service for harassment, abuse, discrimination or threats.
• Do not ask members for money or bank details.
• Do not post unlawful or offensive content, or photos of other people without their permission.
• Do not scrape member data or use the service commercially or automatically without our written permission.
• Do not attempt to break into, disrupt or bypass the technical limits of the service.

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload and grant us a limited licence to display them inside the service according to the privacy setting you chose. You are responsible for having the right to publish that content.

Respect other people's privacy: do not share conversations or photos of other members outside the service.

The service may include free and paid features, and limits or features may change over time — for example how many interest requests or conversations are available. Any fee will be shown clearly before you pay.

The Zwaj name, logo, site and app design and original content are ours. They may not be copied, reused or used as trademarks without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms, harm other members or the service, or use the service unlawfully. You can ask us to review any decision at the address below.

The service is provided “as is” and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for the dating or marriage decisions members make for themselves.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms as the service or regulations change. The current version is published on this page, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

These terms are interpreted and applied under the laws in force where the service is operated, while respecting mandatory rules in your country of residence. Disputes are referred to the competent authorities in that place.
